Content Creation: Develop and design high-quality, engaging content that translates customer insights into compelling stories and case studies with the help and insights from other teams.
Content Promotion: Support the positioning of the content across social media, the company website, and other relevant channels to ensure it reaches and engages the intended audience. Oversee and manage organic social media efforts to maximize reach and impact.
Campaign Management: Support the Demand Generation team in planning and executing content-driven campaigns that enhance brand awareness and drive lead generation.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Experience and Sales teams to gather insights and translate them into impactful marketing materials.
Performance Tracking: Assist in monitoring and reporting on content performance, using data to refine and optimize our content strategy.
Registered student in an area such as marketing/media/communication studies, or management and business strategies
Experience in B2B content Marketing is a plus, preferably in a software startup / scale-up environment or an agency / strategy consultancy
Content skills: Creating high-quality, engaging content across various formats (written, video, graphics, social media) that aligns with marketing strategies and resonates with the target audience. Experience in graphic design is a plus.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Customer Experience teams. Ability to gather insights and translate them into impactful marketing materials.
Project Management: Organizational skills to manage multiple content projects simultaneously
Analytical Abilities: Proficiency in analyzing content performance metrics and testing different hypotheses and ability to quickly adapt and refine approaches to meet customer interests and business goals is a plus.
Languages: Fluent in both German and English, with excellent communication skills
