Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and curious Working Student in Marketing (m/f/d) to join our Marketing team. As an energetic generalist you will play an active role in shaping Workpath’s brand and growth by supporting campaigns, events, lead generation processes, and marketing operations.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing technology company and get a behind-the-scenes look at how B2B marketing works in the AI era.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing events such as webinars and executive roundtables (using tools like Streamyard)

  • Help plan and execute lead generation and email campaigns in HubSpot

  • Assist with paid marketing activities and campaign reporting

  • Collaborate with the Content and Design teams on marketing materials and social media

  • Explore and test AI tools to automate workflows and enhance marketing performance

  • Contribute to general marketing operations and process improvements

Requirements

We don’t expect you to be an expert—what matters most is your curiosity, motivation, and willingness to learn. However, you’re a great fit if you have:

  • Current enrollment  in a related Bachelor’s or Master’s program (e.g., Marketing, Business, Communication, or similar)

  • Interest in marketing operations, events, and digital campaigns

  • Familiarity with HubSpot or other marketing tools is a plus

  • First experiences with AI tools for Marketing

  • First experiences with Paid Ads (Google and LinkedIn) 

  • Excellent English skills; German is a plus

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

  • Energetic mindset, ownership, and a desire to learn and grow
