Sales Manager (f/m/d)

Your role

Elevate  the fast growing SaaS company Workpath to the next level. Hire and develop a team of Account Executives to maximize revenue growth and make your colleagues successful as a sales leader. Work closely with Sales Development, Marketing and Customer Success towards our shared goal of providing value and seizing business opportunities with corporate customers around the world.

In this role you will
  • Hire, lead and develop an Enterprise Sales team of 6-8 Account Executives
  • Act as a player/coach in supporting your team with the creation and closing of new business opportunities
  • Collaborate effectively with Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, Customer Success Managers, Marketing and Partners to ensure great customer experiences, fast learning and continuous improvement of Workpath’s overall performance
Your profile
  • Have at least 1-2 years experience leading a sales team, ideally within enterprise SaaS 
  • Have at least 2-3 years of experience selling complex software solutions 
  • Demonstrate a metric-driven work style and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Are a self-starter who develops, leads and inspires the sales team to reach their best possible level 
  • Have a history of hiring, developing and promoting great talent
  • Feel comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced competitive landscape and, driven by a hunger to succeed, you autonomously undertake creative initiatives
  • Have proven you can succeed with a  “Land-and-Expand” sales model, forecasting and territory building across teams 
  • Have consultative selling experience along the entire customer lifecycle
