Your Mission

As a Working Student in Customer Experience & Academy (m/f/d), you’ll play a key role in shaping how our customers discover Workpath and successfully execute their strategies — while advancing the Workpath Academy with innovative learning formats and AI-powered content.

  • Develop and produce engaging customer learning experiences in our Workpath Academy including e-learnings, microlearnings, and videos to help customers onboard the Workpath platform and train methodologies for strategy execution

  • Contribute to our content knowledge base by structuring and adding high-quality content pieces

  • Own and enhance the Workpath product knowledge hub in our help center, and ensure excellent first-level product support for our customers.

  • Experiment with and optimize the Academy’s tech stack (e.g., learning platforms, help center) to ensure effective use of tools, features, and data insights 

  • Leverage AI and automation to create and deliver learning content 

  • Collaborate cross functionally within Customer Experience, with our Product and Marketing teams on projects that impact Workpath’s positioning

What We Are Looking For
  • You’re an enrolled Master’s or Bachelor’s student in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Technical Communication, Educational Technology, Media Informatics, Learning Sciences)

  • You’ve gained first experience in a dynamic environment such as a tech startup or similar (internship or working student role)

  • You have a strong affinity for technology and pick up new product knowledge quickly

  • You’re curious about AI tools and have first project experience with automation or artificial intelligence

  • You’re passionate about digital learning and enjoy creating engaging learning formats

  • You’re a confident communicator, comfortable interacting with customers in both German and English fluently (C1)

  • You work independently and proactively, think analytically, and approach challenges with a structured, results-oriented mindset
